Off-Gas Analysis in Bioreactor Monitoring

analyzers to measure and monitor CO2, CH4, H2 and O2 simultaneously. The Off gas of the Bioreactor is injected to the gas analyzer by diffusion or by a sample gas pump provided inside the Panel. After proper flow, pressure regulation and filtration sample gas enter the Analyzer system at constant controlled Flow rate for further measurement.
Highly accurate multi technological detectors are Installed in the system used to measure different gas components in a single mixed gas and present them all at a time in a Single LCD screen. This is a Wall mounted compact system which includes the Gas analyzer, sample handling system as under, The analyzer Is required to be calibrate with standards and user can also verify at site when required and also able to calibrate for its Zero & Span just with a single touch.
As it is an analytical device , our this calibration feature is highly appreciated by user.
Then the system is connected to a PC running Data acquisition Soft wire to communicate and collect data from Gas analyzer and store the data for report generation in Excel sheet and trend generation. The Software is also enabled to display the real time data, trend on PC screen.

Sample handling unit consists of Flow Meter with flow rate indication and control, Bypass flowmeter, safety valve, pressure regulators, filter, Gas cooling coil. Suitable Sample Pump provided to draw the sample from Source and inject to the analyzer via flow meter with control for continuous online measurement.
